What are the prerequisites for enrolling in a beginner course?
No prior experience is required. You must be at least 16 years old, possess a valid learner’s permit, and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants for the first session.
Do I need to bring my own motorcycle or gear?
All bikes and basic safety gear are provided. You are welcome to use your own helmet if it meets DOT standards.
What is your weather policy for outdoor training?
Sessions run rain or shine unless lightning is present. We provide water-resistant gear and reschedule severe-weather days at no extra cost.
Can I receive a refund if I must cancel?
Full refunds are available up to seven days before your course. Cancellations inside that window receive a 50% credit for a future date.
Are private lessons available and how do I book one?
Yes. Private one-on-one sessions are offered on weekdays. Use the contact form or call +1 (415) 555-0142 to reserve your slot.
How do I choose the right course for me?

Is there a minimum number of students per class?
Our maximum class size is eight students to ensure individual attention. Two-student minimum keeps most group courses running on schedule.
Do you offer certification recognized by the DMV?
All graduates receive a certificate accepted by California DMV toward your motorcycle license skills test.
